5. Exchange Process
To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate return for original item

  2. Place new order for desired item

  3. We refund original item when received

  4. No need to wait for refund before reordering

6. Damaged / Defective Items
If item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Free return shipping (always)

  • Full refund including original shipping

  • Replacement available if preferred

  • Photos required for damage claim

  • Do not discard packaging until claim resolved

7. International Returns
For returns from outside US:

  • We do not provide pre-paid international labels

  • Customer arranges return shipping

  • Refund issued upon receipt (minus original shipping)

  • Recommend tracked service

  • Customs fees not refundable
